Mr. Sher founded RADWIN in 1997 and has been President and CEO ever since.
He had previously held management positions in an elite R&D unit of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, with emphasis on telecommunication systems and wireless communications.
He has a master’s degree in electronics engineering from Tel Aviv University and a degree in mathematics and physics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Mr. Hayzler joined RADWIN in 2012, and serves as the company COO. Prior to that Nir managed the Strategic Industries Line of Business, which included RADWIN’s solutions for various industries such as public transportation, smart cities, utilities and others. Before that Nir has served as RADWIN’s VP Marketing.
Nir has over 25 years of experience in strategy, business and marketing positions, with multi-national companies. Before joining RADWIN, he served as VP Product Marketing for NICE Security solutions, and has held marketing and business development positions at Teledata Networks, ADC Telecommunications Inc. and ECI Telecom.
Nir has an MBA and BSc. in Electrical Engineering, both from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Weitzman joined RADWIN in 2000 and today leads the company’s Professional Services global organization. Previously, Mr. Weitzman held a number of R&D and Professional Services management positions in RADWIN. Prior to joining RADWIN, Mr. Weitzman held an R&D position in RAD Data Communications. Mr. Weitzman holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Electronic Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Amanda is a customer-centric business-to-business marketing professional who is focused on supporting RADWIN’s efforts to grow the business. With a dedicated and experienced marketing team by her side, all available marketing disciplines are applied to drive audience engagement, relay the value of the RADWIN brand and products, and provide all necessary support to valued channel partners.
Before RADWIN, Amanda was the co-founder and owner of 3Sixty Global Marketing Ltd., working with companies such as Lumenis, Alvarion, Orbotech, Amdocs, NICE, Galtronics, and more. Prior to that, Amanda worked as Director, of Corporate Marketing Services at RADVISION. Amanda also worked for Combact Diagnostic Systems, Ltd., and the Interuniversity Institute of Marine Sciences in Eilat.
Educated in Marketing Communications and Business Management, it is fair to say that Amanda’s true knowledge comes from the University of Life, with more than 25 years of practical marketing experience.
VP, Finance
Ms. Zahar joined RADWIN in 2008, and today leads the Finance department as Vice president of Finance. Prior to joining RADWIN, Ms. Zahar worked at the Finance Department of Perrigo, a global company that deals with healthcare products and was a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young one of the world’s largest Financial professional services firms. Ms. Zahar is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA in financial management from Tel-Aviv University and a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
CTO
Mr. Kapon is responsible for identifying and implementing new technological developments in RADWIN products. Mr. Kapon joined RADWIN in 1997 as Software R&D Manager. Prior to joining RADWIN, Mr. Kapon managed an R&D software group for Applied Materials, the largest supplier of equipment and services to the global semiconductor industry. Mr. Kapon holds a Masters of Science degree from the Weizmann Institute of Science – Rehovot and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
VP, R&D
Mr. Turgeman joined RADWIN in 1997 and is currently Vice President of R&D. He returned to this position in 2021, after holding several key leadership positions in the company, including VP of Product Management and Developer of the Small Cell Backhaul product line. Prior to joining RADWIN, Mr. Turgeman served as an Application Team Leader at Applied Materials.
Mr. Turgeman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel Aviv University.

Nativ is a professional in all global operations processes and his goal is to maximize the results for RADWIN and its customers. While using a goal-oriented operations team with creative solutions in the world of the global supply chain, we will reach all the necessary solutions for our organization and our partners.
Before RADWIN, Nativ worked in a variety of positions in the world of operations and information systems, focusing on efficiency and making quick and correct decisions. Nativ has 14 years of experience in the subcontracting world at FLEX Ltd., and rich experience of dozens of projects at the company’s sites around the world and in front of a very wide range of clients from different industries. Nativ also has extensive experience in the world of global logistics and providing solutions in this field. Before FLEX Nativ worked 4 Years at ECI TELECOM.
Nativ holds a degree (B.Sc.) in industrial engineering and management with a specialization in information systems and production systems from Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel.
Ms. Mory joined RADWIN in 2001, and has been leading the HR global department since then, responsible for strategic human resource processes globally and RADWIN’s organizational culture. Prior to joining RADWIN, Ms. Mory served at Intel’s organizational development department. Ms. Mory has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of HR expertise such as social diagnostics, organizational development, training & management development. Ms. Mory holds a degree in Psychology from Haifa University.
