Mountain View pool hosts summer theme nights

Eagle Park Pool in Mountain View is hosting a series of themed nights from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Fridays this summer.

On Friday, July 12, the pool area will be decorated in a “magical creatures” theme, followed by a “western” theme on July 19, “decades” theme on July 26 and “jungle” theme on Aug. 2.

Participants are encouraged to wear themed costumes, but it is not required, city spokesperson Lenka Wright said.

Recreation swim fees apply, which range from $4 for children who live in Mountain View to $6 for adults who don’t live in town. Families can also pay a flat fee of $11 if they live in Mountain View or $20 if they don’t.

Eagle Park Pool is located at 600 Franklin St.
